Description

Fee: $30 for Adams County Arts Council Members / $45 for Non-members

Juror of Selection & Awards: Philip Lindsey, Professor of Fine Arts & Curator of Bogigian Gallery, Wilson College

Entry Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026
The entry form, entry fee, and accompanying images must be received by or postmarked by deadline date.

Notification: Friday, April 24
Artists whose pieces have been accepted will be notified by e-mail no later than April 24, 2026. Details for delivery or shipping of accepted work will be included.

Join us for a very special First Friday event to celebrate our artists, featuring live music, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and JAE Committee Selection Exhibition.

Exhibition Location, Dates & Hours
ACAC Arts Education Center, Gettysburg, PA
Friday, June 5, 4:30 pm (Opening Reception & Awards)
Weekdays, Wednesday-Friday, 10 am – 7 pm
Saturdays & Sundays, 10 am – 4 pm

Pick-up from AECenter: Sunday, June 28, 11 am – 2 pm; Monday, June 29, 4 – 6 pm
You must remove your artwork before 6 pm on Monday, June 29. ACAC reserves the right to remove artwork from its display space to expedite the tear-down process. If an artist fails to pickup their art by the pick-up deadline without making prior arrangements, it becomes property of the ACAC.

Insurance: While in the exhibit, art will be insured by the Adams County Arts Council.

Eligibility: Any person 18 years or older is eligible to enter.

Pieces are presented to the juror for selection anonymously. All pieces must be available for sale during the Exhibition. ACAC will take a 40% commission from the sale of art (35% for ACAC members). Please factor this into your price.
