Description

The National Oil & Acrylic Painters' Society (NOAPS) 30th ‘Best of America’ is a top juried competition. It will open at Cutter & Cutter Fine Art in St. Augustine, Florida on November 6, 2020.
Art work must be original two dimensional with mediums limited to oil and acrylic paints completed in the last three (3) years and not previously accepted in any other NOAPS Exhibit. Maximum size of the art excluding frame shall not exceed 1200 square inches. Each entry is reviewed and scored by an independent jury panel. All entries must be for sale. Awards $30,000 in cash and sponsor certificates.
