Help the South Norfolk Jordan Bridge celebrate its upcoming 10th anniversary with a unique outdoor art installation. Planned for the bridge's west end in Portsmouth, this dominant work will be visible to thousands of daily drivers and pedestrians traveling the modern bridge across the Elizabeth River's Southern Branch. Entries that feature recycled materials will be given preference during the selection process. Good luck!
