Description

The Art Garage, located in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking submissions for upcoming exhibition, A Year in Review, an art exhibition featuring works inspired by or made in the year 2021. Submissions will close on Thursday, November 18, 2021! Join us as we begin a new side gallery tradition, reflecting on the previous year through art! The First Annual: A Year in Review exhibition will feature work inspired by or created in the year 2021.

This is is an open themed exhibition - all submitted works can follow any and all subject matters and mediums. We accept 2D and 3D Works for this show: All 2D work must be ready to hang. No size restrictions. All 3D works must be able to fit through our door. You may submit up to 6 images for a curative fee of $15.00 per submission. (PER SHOW SUBMISSION-NOT PER PIECE). A $10.00 submission fee is required for STUDENTS ONLY. Payment of this curation fee is FINAL and NONREFUNDABLE. The Art Garage has a panel of jurors that review and select the artists that submitted work. The judges vote through a process of elimination. Whoever receives the most votes solely gets to be in the show. Artists are solely responsible for delivering their artwork by the required date given by The Art Garage. The gallery will open special hours for 2 days where artists are encouraged to drop off during this time. Any artwork that arrives to The Art Garage damaged or changed from submission pictures will not be exhibited in the show. Artists are not allowed to withdraw their work from a show after it has been accepted and dropped off. The Art Garage charges 40% commission on all artwork sold during exhibitions. Within 20 business days of the closing show date, all payments will be sent out to artist in check form. No payments will be made in cash.
