The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) is excited to return to Fredericksburg, Virginia for the 4th Annual Expo for an entire weekend. This will be an amazing weekend filled with networking, opportunities for learning, sales & shopping, and relationship building.

Who is the Virginia Black Business Directory?

The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to amplifying the exposure of our members while advancing the economic development and social equities of black business owners. Our mission is to bridge the gap in wealth by fostering inclusion of Black Owned businesses owners in the community, connecting directory members to consumers through community collaboration, providing business education training and resource navigation to small businesses or aspiring entrepreneurs.

Early Bird Discounted Vendor Booths and payment plans are Exclusive to Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) Members Only. If you are not a member and your business is not listed member, we invite you to sign-up at www.vablackbusinessdirectory.org.

Move-in:
Friday, August 11: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Saturday, August 12: 8:00am - 10:00am (doors open to the public at 11am)
Move-out:
Sunday, August 13: 5:00pm-8:00pm

VABBD Member Early Bird Special: Discount ends September 30, 2022

VABBD Member Registration - 50% Deposit Required (Payment Plans Available upon request) Final Payment Due April 1, 2023.

Open registration: April 15, 2023 - July 1, 2023 - DEPOSIT OF 50% Required Final Payment Due July 5, 2023.

Late Registration: July 5, 2023 - July 30, 2023. Payment due in full upon registration

Exhibitor Opportunities

***Once full payment is received your vendor booth placement will be assigned***

Booth Amenities Include: 1-ID Sign, 8' solid color backdrop and 6 foot skirted table, 2-Chairs, small wastebasket, & Wifi, and Electricity are included.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We are unable to hold or secure spaces without a 50% deposit.

REFUND POLICY - In the instance that a vendor can no longer participate, a request for a refund must be submitted via email to info@vabbd.com. Vendor fees will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. No vendor fees will be refunded after May 30, 2023.
