Faces can convey a million feelings, and we invite you to explore the limits of these expressions. TERAVARNA announces their PORTRAIT Annual Art Competition. All artists from around the world are welcome to submit their best artworks: painting, sculpture, digital, printmaking, fiber, photography, graphic, mixed media, and installation. Anything that relates to faces, even faces of (non-human) animals, will be accepted for this contest. Artists are free to apply their own interpretation in representing the overall theme. Representational and abstract ideas based broadly on this theme will be considered. Deadline: November 15th, 2023. Cash awards of $3,500 are considered for First, Runner-Up, Merit, and Talent Prize. Certificates of Recognition to all artists, including Honorable Mention and Finalist awards. All winners are displayed on our gallery walls.
