The Octagon Center for the Arts in Ames, Iowa seeks to be a resource for local, regional, and national artists and our local community art-seekers. The Octagon and its sponsors offer two kinds of opportunities for artists to show their work: solo or small group exhibits scheduled throughout the year or group juried shows.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting in the Octagon Gallery! The Octagon is constantly on the lookout for new and exciting concepts, group or themed shows, and solo exhibits. The Octagon schedules shows up to two years in advance. The exhibitor should keep this in mind when proposing their exhibit. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting their work to and from the Octagon, including shipping cost and insurance.
