Description

The Indianapolis Art Center announces a Call for Entry to Garbled Guise. Garbled Guise is a juried exhibition featuring contemporary wearable art. This exhibition will highlight the world of wearable artworks today and the richness found in the wide variety of techniques, styles, and aesthetics involved. The intention of this exhibition is to feature works in a variety of media ranging from traditional processes (fibers, textiles, jewelry, and metalwork) to contemporary and new media processes (wearable sculpture, performance art, and new media). Cash awards total $2,000.00. This show accepts up to six entries per artist or artist team - entry fee for 2 images is $35 with $5 for each additional entry up to 6 images.
