Abington Art Center is excited to present a call for submissions for the 2024 Summer Juried Show: Imagination and Play!

The theme for this summer's juried exhibition asks artists to look at life through a playful lens. Art can be the source of people’s joy and entertainment, evoking positive energy and a sense of wonder in those that create and consume it. This exhibition aims to create a fun space for people to let their imagination run loose. Artists using bold color and creating work that explores the energy of playfulness are encouraged to apply.

Who/what is a source of positivity for you?

Please submit up to 3 works by May 5th and our panel of jurors will review your submissions and let you know which pieces we will be showing by May 17th.
Submissions should be high resolution photos (72ppi) including the title of the work, year of creation, dimensions, media, and name of the artist. Please include a statement that addresses at least one of the prompted questions above.

Exhibition will run June 21 - July 29, 2024
The opening reception will be held on June 21, 6-8pm
