Award for Contemporary Art
"Reality as a Mirror of Inner Dimensions: New Geographies of Expression" is the theme chosen for the third edition of the International "Don Sante" Award for Contemporary Art, organized by the Mons. Sante Montanaro Foundation. This theme invites artists to reflect on current times, encouraging them to explore the dynamics between interiority and exteriority, the subjective world and surrounding reality, and to present updated visions of the contemporary world through their unique artistic languages.

The Award is free to enter and open to all artists, with no restrictions on age, gender, nationality, or other qualifications. Each artist may participate with a single artwork, published or unpublished. The artwork must not display the artist’s name visibly, ensuring unbiased evaluation by the Scientific Committee.

The competition includes a cash prize, a special award, and a collective exhibition featuring the finalists selected by the jury, which will be inaugurated on May 10, 2025. The exhibition will take place in a historic venue managed by the Foundation.

Artists can submit their applications by March 6, 2025, no later than 11:59 PM, by sending their entries to premiodonsante@gmail.com, after completing the registration form available at www.fondazionemontanaro.it.
