Benito Greene Arte Público invites local, regional, and international artists to participate in the 6th edition of Arte en Escala Urbana, a project that transforms billboards across Ciudad Juárez into powerful public art installations. This year’s theme, “Shapeshifting,” explores transformation, resilience, and the fluid boundaries between
identity, culture, and the spaces we inhabit. By turning urban infrastructure into accessible art platforms, the initiative sparks meaningful dialogue, fosters connections and brings art to unexpected places within the border community.
