2415 Art Residency is an independent, artist-run, non-profit residency program dedicated to fostering artistic development and supporting artists' projects.
The name 2415 symbolizes not only our altitude but also a distorted sense of time—a moment where midnight and the unknown blur together.
Location: Lijiang, China
Application Deadline: May 20, 2025
Residency Period: June 20 – September 20, 2025 (1-3 weeks)

To complete your application for 2415 Art Residency, please follow these steps:
• Upload Your Application Materials to Google Drive
• Create a folder in Google Drive with your full name as the folder title.
• Upload the required documents:
Portfolio (5-10 works relevant to your practice)
CV/Resume (including past exhibitions, residencies, and relevant experience)
Statement of Interest (Why do you want to join 2415 Art Residency? What do you plan to explore?)
Project Proposal (words: A brief description of your intended project)

Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from:
• Artists: Painters, sculptors, multimedia artists, performance artists, writers, musicians, filmmakers, dancers, and other creative individuals.
• Curators, art directors, and visionaries who wish to propose events, gatherings, exhibitions, or other creative initiatives.
• Open to both emerging and established artists.
• Artists with an interest in nature-inspired, site-specific, or research-driven projects are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should be able to work independently and adapt to a high-altitude environment.
• Theme: Open-ended, but we encourage projects exploring altitude, perception shifts, time distortion, and cross-cultural interactions.
