The ART:ON Contest is an open-themed art competition dedicated to discovering emerging artists and supporting vibrant art communities.

1. Eligibility & Submission Requirements
• Open to anyone aged 18 or older
• Regardless of nationality, academic background, career experience, or place of residence.
• Theme: Free (no restrictions)
• Genre: Painting
• Year of creation: Works created after 2023
• Size: Within size 20 (no larger than 727mm × 606mm)
• Submission Limit: Up to 2 artworks per person

2. Schedule
• Submission Period: June 1, 2025 (Sun) – September 30, 2025 (Tue)
• Judging Process: Preliminary Screening ? Secondary Screening(physical artwork review) ? Final Evaluation
• Preliminary Screening Result Announcement: October 10, 2025 (Fri)
• Secondary Screening: Only selected applicants from the Preliminary Screening will be contacted individually ? Physical works must arrive at the organizer's office by October 15, 2025 (Wed)
• Final Evaluation: Evaluated by expert judges + public online vote
• Final Results: October 25, 2025 (Sat), notified individually ? Only winners will be contacted
• Award Ceremony: November 22, 2025 (Sat) @ UPRISING FESTA

3. Submission Guidelines

2) Log in > Guest (ID: ARTON / PW: 1234)
3) Download the application form
4) Go to “Upload Only” > “2025 ART ON CONTEST Entry Form Submission” > Create a folder under your own name
5) Upload the completed application form and image files
* Size: A4 (210mm × 297mm)
* Format: JPG or PNG / 300 dpi or higher

• All participants will be given the opportunity to create an artist profile, register their works, and receive sales support via the GGOO83 online gallery.
• Offline exhibition benefits are provided only to Grand, Excellence, and Merit award winners.
• All prize money is subject to a 4.4% tax deduction in accordance with Korean tax regulations.
• For Grand and Excellence Prize winners, artwork purchase conditions will apply.

5. Entry Fee
• 1 artwork: ?70,000 / 2 artworks: ?100,000
