I live in upstate NY, in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Making art is my passion and began early in my life and has remained an integral part of who I am and how I see the world. I have studied, and continue to study, under a number and variety of established, award-winning, and inspired artists, including Bernard Dellario, Ann Larsen, Mary Bentz Gilkerson, and Rita DiCaprio.

Who Is Kevin Pinkerton He is a visual artist and educator working in The United States and Taiwan for the past 35 years. His art is based on the cycles of the growth and decay and the cycles nature Pinkerton has exhibited In New York, Taiwan,Pasadena California Potsdam Germany,Shanghai China and Grand Rapids Mi He brings rich view of the world to his work. Pinkerton describes it as living in the in-between he also describes his studio windows as a portal to the in-between suspending time though and places .

“When I paint, I get inspired by the places I have been and their people with diverse identities and cultures- but most of all I am inspired by our shared humanity.” Graciela Placak, a Bay Area artist, was born in Madrid, Spain ande was influenced by her large family of artists. She has been painting since childhood. After studying Architecture and Fine Arts, she immigrated to Northern California in 1983. Since arriving here, her work has been featured in numerous one-woman shows and she has been commissioned to make specialized pieces including murals, mosaics, stained glass, and portraits for both commercial and private clients.
